DESCRIPTION:TUESDAY CLASS \nToday we finished the Starfire from Teen Titans drawing. We learned how to add shading and highlight to certain sections of color by using different layers and clipping layers to keep our brush strokes inside the lines. \nHomework \nPlease choose another character to draw in the same way we learned in class. Your character can face any direction except looking straight at the camera\, since that’s what most of us did for last time’s homework. Here are the steps to help you keep track of what you should do. \n\nSketching – using a soft and light colored brush\, sketching is used to figure our where all the shapes and features should be without having to be perfect.\nLines – New layer – Go over your sketch with a darker line. This time trying to make things smooth and clean. Use the Undo button or Eraser as you need.\nFlat Colors – New layer for each different section/part. (such as face/hair/clothes/etc)\nShading/Highlight – Selecting the layer/section you want to work on\, add a new layer on top of it\, and click the Clipping button to clip it to the layer below and keep the colors inside the section.\n\n \n\nGood luck!
