SUMMARY:6 PM - Python Game Development
DESCRIPTION:We continued with Wack-a-mole final project.\n\nWe displayed the 3 hearts on the top right corner of the screen.\nWe made sure that the hammer can only hit the mole and get a point when the mole is in the IDLE mode.\nWe added some randomness to the mole transitions so they don’t all appear at the same time in the beginning.\n\n\nHomework:\n\nWhen mole attack (mole.py)\, you need to reduce the self.life in the main.py.\nYou need to add the following game_mode in config:\n\nGAME_LANDING_PAGE\nGAME_IN_SESSION\nGAME_OVER\nGAME_WIN\nGAME_CREDITS\n\n\nIn main.py\, add code to do GAME_LANDING_PAGE mode where you display play button. Copy play button image from birdie project into your final project.\nWhen you first start the program\, it should start on GAME_LANDING_PAGE. After user click on the Play button\, then the game will start.

SUMMARY:6PM - Intermediate Digital Illustration
DESCRIPTION:TUESDAY CLASS \nToday we learned about proportions in drawing human bodies. \n\nHow many heads tall is your character/drawing: Depending if they are adults\, teenagers\, kids\, or cartoonish proportions.\nHow to divide up the body in easy sections\, such as: elbows and the waist are the same level\, wrist and crotch is the same level\, elbows are about mid-way between shoulder and wrist\, and knees are about midway between ankles and crotch.\n\n \nHOMEWORK \nPART 1: \nPlease take a full body picture of yourself (ask your parents or use a mirror)\, and send it to your ipad. \nStart a new canvas on ibisPaint and import your image. Draw over yourself to figure out how many heads tall you are. In a different layer\, draw over yourself to find the joints in the body\, such as shoulders\, elbows\, wrists\, ankles\, knees\, and where your leg starts. Connect the dots with lines to draw your stick figure. Then hide (turn off the layer) of the picture of yourself and fill in your stick figure to make a simple human figure. (kind of like the guy on the left in the image above) \nPART 2: \nFind and download a full-body image of a character. It can be any character of any age or art style. \nYou can start a new canvas\, or use the same canvas to import the image. Do the same steps as PART 1\, but this time for this character you chose instead of the picture of yourself.
