Draw and fill up the sky so that it meets the  ground. Add white or gray clouds on the top.\nThe characters: Add details to Anna and Elsa’s clothes. Make their hair a bit nicer\, especially the top of the head.\nNew layer\, on the very top: Add the white or gray snow circles\, and then lower the opacity of the layer to about 20%\nExample of background layer\n\nAnnika: \n\nFinish shading the trees and rocks.
