Your HW:
  1.  Add a new timer that also shows up on the top left below the game timer
    Looks Like:

    1. “Giant Bullet CD: Xs”
    2. “GIANT BULLET READY (B)” <- only when below 0
  2. Check if the player is pressing B if they do,
    1) make sure the giant bullet timer is bellow 0
    2) Launch just a regular bullet for now
    3) Reset the giant bullet timer
