MONDAY CLASS
Today we finished the drawing of the cartoon Kittens in four poses. – We learned how to use the TRANSFORM tool to move the different layers of Kittens around, so that we can make room on the canvas to add more to our drawing.
We also started a new project of drawing a Puppy from a real life photo reference. – We learned how to add an image from our photo library to the canvas to use as a part of our drawing. We finished the outline of the Puppy during class so far.
HOMEWORK
- Everyone: Add another Kitten with a different pose to the same canvas we used in class to draw all the other Kittens. Make sure to use a new layer for both the lines and the color, and then merge them together into one layer.
- The kids who didn’t finish last week’s HW: Please do last week’s homework. You can find all the information on last week’s event post on March 8th.
