5pm Python OOP – Bill

Today We:

1. Learned about dictionaries
2. Learned about how to update and add to dictionaries
3. Learned about how to loop through dictionaries
4. Made a simple program to look things up in a dictionary
5. Made it so when the user enters something not in the dictionary, they are prompted to add the unrecognized name to the dictionary

Your HW:

1. Create a new file called April5_DictionaryHW
2. Read and Copy the code on pages 92-97
3. Do the “Do it yourself” on page 99
