7 PM – AI/ML – Joel

October 14 @ 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Today we did:
  1. We continued with Cat vs Dog classification.

Homework:
    1. In the notebook, create a new cell.
    2. In the new cell, do cat_vs_dog_model.export(). Inside the parentheses of the .export, put the following path (in quotation marks): /kaggle/working/cat_vs_dog_fastai_2_7_19.pkl.
    3. This should produce a file called cat_vs_dog_fastai_2_7_19.pkl in the Output section on the right side (inside the /kaggle/working folder). If you don’t see it, try to refresh the contents with the button on the right side. If you still don’t see it, don’t worry, we can work on it next week.
    4. If you do see it, then click on the 3 dots for that .pkl file, and download it. If it downloads, great. If not, maybe it will delay for some time before downloading but don’t worry about it, we can work on it next week.
  1. Create a GitHub account if you haven’t already.
  2. Sign into that account.
  3. On the top left there is a menu, and when you click that menu, you should see an option “All repositories”. Click that.
  4. Once you’re in the repositories page, there should be a button on the top right “new repository”. Click on it.
  5. When creating a new repository, name it with the class name, project name, and you can add “streamlit” to the name if you want.
  6. You can can simply click the “Create repository” button at the bottom.
