3PM Python Level 2

  1. We went over the Test result.
  2. We improved FoodRecommendation program
    1. We make the program not case sensitive so it will accept ‘ChIneSe’ for instance.
    2. We make the program able to detect duplication.
  3. Homework:
    1. Create a python file ‘May18_Homework_Dictionary.py’
      1. Create an empty dictionary called “food_prices”.
      2. Add the following data to the food_prices dictionary:
        1. “Chow Mien” : 10
        2. “Ca Kai Fan”: 9
        3. “Lo Mai Kai”: 5
        4. “Ca Siu”: 11
      3. Print the price of “Chow Mien” to the shell using “food_prices” dictionary.
      4. Print the price of “Ca Siu” to the shell using “food_prices” dictionary.
