B – June 4 to July 16, 2024 – TUE & THU, 3 PM to 5 PM. No class on July 4th.

Python is one of the most popular programming languages in the world. A lot of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning systems are made and trained in Python:
- ChatGPT is a super popular AI model website was trained using Python programming language (PyTorch).
- Tesla auto driving technology was also trained using Python programming language.
- A lot of web applications are made in Python. It is used by big companies such as Google, Facebook, and Amazon. Software engineers who know Python can easily make 6 digits income annually.
In the Introduction to Python Summer program, students will learn the following
- Learn Variables and Data Types
- Learn about conditional statements
- Learn about control flows
- Learn about functions.
- Learn about Random Python module.
- Create Magic 8 Ball game.
- Password generator
- Learn about Turtle Python module to do drawing in Python.
- Create robot builder project.
- Create kaleido spiral project.

Policies
- There is no refund for this course.
- Payment can be made electronically via Zelle to gamas@ayclogic.com. A credit card is accepted, but there is an additional surcharge 3%.
- If students miss the class, there is no makeup. But we provide recorded video of the session.
- There will be homework and students are expected to do them.
- There will be a 2-hour final test at the last session of the course in August. Students are expected to get 70% or more to pass the class if they want move on to the next course Python OOP.
- We use this book for this class Python Crash Course 2nd Edition
- Windows or Macintosh computer with Python Thonny editor. Python Thonny editor can be downloaded and installed from here: https://thonny.org/
